The asset strategy for this property included non-renewal of the tenant and putting the property on the market for sale to a potential owner occupier. In order to maximize the value of the property, strategic reinstatement of the asset was needed.
The scope of work included demolition of
interior warehouse offices, lighting retrofit, new epoxy finish on the floors, and dock/man door replacement. The project, which resulted in the successful sale of the asset, had a two month timeline and was completed within the owner’s $100,000 budget.
