Broker Incentive Program: Lease to Win

There are a lot of options for tenants to choose from and we appreciate the work you do finding them the right place!

To show our appreciation, and to keep things fun, each year we host a broker incentive program to encourages camaraderie, networking, and friendly competition.

How it works

The Lease to Win program will run for the entire year (January-December 2024).

A Half-Way Event will be held in June 2024 to celebrate all brokers who have qualified by this point.

A Wrap-Up Event  will be held in early 2025 for all qualifiers.

Prizes

$15,000 in gift cards (one winner)

$5,000 in gift cards (two winners)

 

Rules

  1. New and renewed tenants with the lease signed in 2024.
  2. If a deal is done by more than one broker, the participating brokers will share the ballot(s).
  3. You or a representative must be at the wrap-up event to win prizes.

Entries

The number of entries earned are based on the length of the lease and the size of the space. 

Free Parking (5 entries):
5+ years, 10,001 sq.ft. and up

Boardwalk (4 entries):
5+ years, 5,001-10,000 sq.ft.

Park Place (3 entries):
5+ year, up to 5,000 sq.ft.

Chance (1 entry):
3-years, any size
