Broker Incentive Program
CHEERS to 2021

We know that there are a lot of options for tenants to choose from and we appreciate the hard work you put in, finding them the right place!

To show our appreciation, and to keep things fun, each year we host a broker contest that encourages camaraderie, networking, and friendly competition.

How it works

The “CHEERS to 2021 Cocktail Party” will run for the entire year (January-December 2021)

Happy Hour will be held in July 2021 – this will be a fun TBD broker event to celebrate all qualifiers to date.

Last Call will be help in January 2022 – this will be a private event for all qualifiers; the winners will be drawn at this event.

Prizes

(1 winner) $15,000 (Gift Card TBD)
(3 winners) $5,000 (Gift Card TBD)

Rules

  1. New tenants only with the lease signed in 2021
  2. If a deal is done by more than 1 broker, the participating brokers will share the ballot(s)
  3. You or a representative must be at the draw to win.

Entries

The number of entries earned will depend on the length of the lease and the size of the space.
Bar shot (1 entry): 3-year deal of any size
Highball (3 entries): 5+ year deal up to 5,000 SF
Margarita (4 entries): 5+ year deal 5,001-10,000 SF
Martini (5 entries): 5+ year deal 10,001 SF and up
