Tim Moore has joined Colonnade BridgePort as Development Manager.
Tim brings a wealth of experience having led major projects for several large developers, as well as operating his own business for a period of time. In his most recent role, Tim held the position of General Manager, leading expansion from low-rise residential to mid-rise purpose-built rental development.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Carleton University and is passionate about real estate development. He has experience throughout the full development spectrum and is well versed in entitlements, design, finance, and construction.
