Keeping residents safe is our top priority

The safety of all residents living in properties managed by Colonnade BridgePort is a priority. The following is a summary of the measures we have put in place to protect residents, visitors, and those people working in our buildings.

Enhanced cleaning procedures

We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in all our managed properties, specifically in:
Washrooms
Stairwells
Elevators /lobbies/common areas

Installed hand sanitizer stations

Common areas and amenity spaces

Resident access to common areas is being permitted in accordance with provincial health guidelines. For the current status of access, residents are being asked to speak with the resident services coordinator for their respective building.

VISITORS
Guests of Residents

For anyone visiting the building, masks must be worn at all times while in public or common areas and a social distance of 6’ must be maintained.

VISITORS
Leasing Tours

We are currently offering in-person tours by appointment only. All COVID related protocols will be explained in advance of the site visit and completion of this screening questionnaire will be required.
