As Colonnade BridgePort continues its expansion across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH), and Southwestern Ontario (SWO) markets, we are pleased to have been awarded the property management and leasing mandates of five privately-owned small-bay industrial, flex, and office buildings totaling approximately 103,000 sq.ft., in Hamilton.

The properties at 45, 55, 67, and 75 Frid Street, as well as 180 Chatham Street, are located adjacent to the McMaster Innovation Park, and home to a vibrant community of 20+ corporate and local tenants, including Canada Post.
