CBP is pleased to be recognized in the 5-9 buildings category for building managers as part of the ENERGY STAR 10th Anniversary challenge.
In 2023, Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan’s) ENERGY STAR® for Buildings program launched a special one-time ENERGY STAR 10th Anniversary Recognition Challenge, in celebration of the anniversary of the launch of the Canadian adaptation of ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®.
CBP accepted the challenge, certifying six buildings – 100 York, 10 Mobis, 250 Tremblay, 1900 City Park, and Royal College of Physicians facility on Echo Dr. All scored between 75 and 94, putting them in the top quartile of buildings in Canada for energy performance. Read more.
Overall, the challenge was a big success, with ENERGY STAR building certifications up by over 25% across the country in 2023.
