CBP Management has been appointed to provide property management services for Arnprior Gate Centre, a newly constructed 12-unit retail plaza totaling approximately 26,000 square feet in the Town of Arnprior, about 40 minutes west of Ottawa.
Located at 245 Daniel Street South, the centre features a complementary mix of local, national, and international tenants that provide convenient everyday services for the community’s approximately 12,000 residents.
“This is a strong addition to our growing Eastern Ontario retail portfolio and reflects our continued focus on high-growth communities,” said Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services Ron Matheson. “Working closely with a new private owner, our team will focus on supporting tenants and maintaining a well-run property positioned for long-term success.”
The mandate marks CBP Management’s return to Arnprior, building on our previous presence in the community and reinforcing our continued commitment to the Eastern Ontario market.
The mandate began on May 6.
