Colonnade BridgePort has been awarded the property management and leasing mandate for Place Vincent Massey, two interconnected office towers located on Boulevard Saint-Joseph, the main commercial artery in Gatineau. Predominately leased by PWGSC, the 416,465 sq. ft. building is now the largest office building in CBP’s portfolio and signals the company’s re-entry into the Quebec market.
“Place Vincent Massey is a milestone property for us in terms of both size and location, and the CBP Management team is looking forward to bringing our real estate expertise to this notable government complex,” said Lynn Heaston, Director, Property Management. “We will work to ensure the property flourishes as a destination for tenants, as well as meets the strategic objectives of owners.”
The mandate took effect on June 1.
