Colonnade BridgePort Awarded Property Management of 600,000 sq.ft. Class A Industrial Space in Markham

We are proud to announce that Colonnade BridgePort has been awarded the property management mandate for 51 – 53 Mobis Drive; a 600,000 sq.ft. class A industrial space in Markham, strategically located within Markham’s North Business Park, benefiting from access to Highways 404, 407, 401 and Highway 7.

Owned through a joint venture between Fiera Real Estate and developer Berkshire Axis, the site consists of two six-unit buildings. The current Phase 1 Buildings are fully leased, with expansions planned for both. Phase 2 construction is underway and expected to be completed by end of the year.
