Managing more at National Capital Business Park

Rendering of Building D at National Capital Business ParkCBP Management has been awarded the property management mandate of Building D at Avenue 31’s National Capital Business Park (NCBP) in Ottawa, effective September 1.

The 202,643 square foot recently completed industrial building will house three tenants, with the first set to move in in October. Its addition increases CBP Management’s portfolio at NCBP, where the team already manages Buildings A, B, and C, totalling over 435,000 sq.ft.
