Expanding its real estate management services into the Maritimes in 2024, Colonnade BridgePort has been managing a portfolio of over one million square feet of industrial/flex properties in three major markets – Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), NS; Fredericton, NB; and Moncton, NB. The company’s residential mandate for the Marlstone is a milestone that reflects continued growth and highlights the trust that has been built in the industry.
