CBP Management enters the Kingston, ON market

CBP Management has been awarded the property management and leasing mandate for 945 Princess Street—an advanced innovation hub in Kingston—marking our official entry into this vibrant and fast-growing market.

Owned by Modern Niagara, the 230,000 sq.ft. facility recently underwent nearly $70 million in renovations and decarbonization efforts. The result is a purpose-built, high-performance space designed to accelerate sustainable innovation across a variety of sectors. With key features such as wet labs, piloting bays, shared analytical equipment, coworking areas, and event space, 945 Princess is now positioned as a central hub for forward-thinking organizations.

Sustainability is core to the building’s identity, with upgrades projected to reduce carbon emissions by more than 80 per cent—or approximately 2,000 tonnes annually—with a long-term objective of achieving net-zero carbon status.

As property manager, CBP Management is committed to ensuring the facility continues to operate at the highest standards of service, performance, and environmental responsibility. Our mandate reflects the trust placed in us by Modern Niagara to help deliver on their mission to lead in sustainable innovation.

To ensure strong local execution, a Kingston-based property manager has been added to our team—bringing on-the-ground expertise and reinforcing our dedication to responsive, community-based service delivery.
