Colonnade BridgePort recently assumed the property management and leasing of four retail buildings at the Nepean Crossroads Centre; located at the northwest corner of Hunt Club and Merivale Roads featuring national retailers A&W, Mark’s Work Warehouse, Structube, and Dollar Tree.
Owned by Guardian Capital, the four buildings – two built in 1999 and the others in 2006 and 2012 – total 36,975 sq.ft.
The Centre, just south of downtown Ottawa at one of the city’s busiest intersections, supports approximately 7,500 households within a two-kilometre radius, and is near Algonquin College. It features ample free parking and is situated along major public transit routes.
The mandate took effect on June 1.
