Construction Schedule
Construction will run from June 2025 to Fall 2027.
Construction will take place between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. On rare occasions, work may extend into evenings or weekends for specific tasks.
Construction Management
Sidewalks along Clifton Rd and Scott St will have overhead protection.
Primary access to site for all deliveries including excavation and concrete trucks will be through the Clifton Rd side of the property.
No changes to bus lane operations.
Bike lane remains open and usable with overhead protection.
No loading or unloading operations anticipated from Scott St.
Temporary exit path for 1960 Scott St being finalized.
