Michael’s focus is on developing and guiding Colonnade BridgePort’s talent management philosophy, as well as articulating the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent.

Michael is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in a variety of organizations in the media, business process outsourcing, healthcare, military, education, and start-up software industries including Whitehill Technologies and FastLane Technologies.

Michael holds a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational psychology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS. He also serves on the Education Committee with BOMA (Ottawa Chapter).
