Pam Bianconi

Director, Business Development

Pamela is a highly respected commercial real estate executive who has fast tracked to her current role of Director Business Development on the strength of her ability to effectively develop and execute strategies to grow the company. With certification in both Real Estate Investment and Account Management she is able to bring a higher level of analytical sophistication and client instinct to her business skills which allow her to build trusted relationships with C-suite decision makers, anticipate and quickly adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and client needs and continuously identify new opportunities to sustain and expand her portfolio of clients.

Before joining Colonnade BridgePort, Pamela was Manager of Acquisitions & Development for Minto’s Income Producing Properties division, where she was pivotal in helping execute the company’s growth strategy through two signature Ottawa developments and entry into the London market. She is currently Vice Chair of Marches d’Ottawa Markets where she is using her commercial real estate background to influence and oversee transformational change in the historic Byward Market.

Dave Boelsma

Manager, IT

As Manager of IT, Dave oversees all aspects of data management and information technology within Colonnade BridgePort. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and technological expertise, he determines the best security, communications, software, and hardware protocols for the company, ensuring each element of IT functions safely and allows for the effective attainment of Colonnade BridgePort’s organizational mandates.

Dave joined Colonnade BridgePort in 1996, beginning in property management and IT support roles before transitioning into a full-time technology capacity. Dave is a graduate of Algonquin College and has a  Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from Carleton University.

Chris Coleman

Director, Asset Management 

Chris is an established leader in the commercial real estate industry, bringing the highest level of industry expertise to Colonnade BridgePort. With more than twenty years of experience in investment + asset management, property acquisition, development, financing, and property management — including retail, office, mixed use, and industrial — he has excelled at every level in public real estate companies and fund management firms. 

As a thoughtful and analytical executive, Chris believes deeply in the value of team collaboration and prides himself on finding creative solutions in ambiguous environments. Prior to joining Colonnade BridgePort, Chris thrived in a number of high-profile roles, including as Senior Vice President, Investments and Asset Management at LaSalle Investment Management, and as Vice President, Investments, Portfolio Management at SmartCentres REIT. The unparalleled industry experience that Chris brings to the table will be paramount in applying Colonnade BridgePort’s business successes to the GTA market and beyond.

Kyle Larkman

Director, Finance and Corporate Services

As Director, Finance & Corporate Services, Kyle oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, and administration at Colonnade BridgePort. A strategic thinker with a keen interest in enhancing internal platforms through technology and innovation, he takes time to understand and implement new tech as it pertains to conveying important information to clients. Previously at Colonnade BridgePort, Kyle served as Controller, where he played an instrumental role in the successful integration of Colonnade and BridgePort following the 2016 merger.

Before joining the Colonnade BridgePort team, Kyle was the Assistant Controller for IFS (formerly MXI Technologies), and prior to that he was a Senior Accountant at leading accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, where he received his CA and CPA certifications. Kyle also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Stephen Martin

Director, Development

Stephen is expertise personified — the kind of proven executive that can bridge private and public sectors, navigate complex bureaucracies, and deliver timely results. Backed by 30 years of industry experience, Stephen has excelled in all areas of the development process, including asset acquisition, design + delivery, and residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use property operations. As an accountable corporate representative, Stephen is known for not only delivering large-scale projects — ranging from $5 million to $460 million — but also for being an articulate and thoughtful leader who develops winning teams and mentors upcoming professionals.

As Director of Development with Colonnade BridgePort, Stephen oversees every aspect of development project execution, from front-end planning through approvals, underwriting, and end-to-end value creation. A skilled communicator with extensive industry knowledge, he is a rigorous, agile planner with a rare ability to anticipate challenges and maintain momentum. Stephen previously held senior management positions at Canderel, Giffels, Minto Commercial, and CBRE Project Management. He also holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Gold Seal certification as a member of the Canadian Construction Association.

Ron Matheson

Director, Real Estate

With over 20 years of experience, Ron is a multi-disciplined real estate professional who leads Colonnade BridgePort’s Commercial and Residential property management teams. As a proven leader and trusted industry expert, Ron oversees the day-to-day execution of client asset strategies in both the Toronto and Ottawa markets.

Ron honed his real estate skills on the institutional side with Minto and Standard Life before transitioning to the private side with Progeny, which later became BridgePort Realty Capital Partners. At BridgePort, he served in various operational and leadership capacities, contributing to the overall growth of the company’s portfolio. Ron is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and is an active member in numerous industry organizations, including BOMA. He also volunteers with the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health, where he assists with fundraising.

Catherine Proulx

Director, Marketing

A creative and strategic marketer, Catherine is responsible for executing the brand and marketing strategies that support Colonnade BridgePort as it grows and expands into new markets. Additionally, Catherine works with the development and leasing teams to provide leadership and guidance for property-specific marketing programs.

With more than 20 years of senior management experience, Catherine has a history of leading award-winning marketing teams in both the public and private sector. Fourteen of those years were at the helm of Twist Marketing — a successful, Calgary-based marketing firm. Passionate about building strong communities and crafting clear messaging, Catherine draws on her expertise in corporate marketing, destination marketing, and economic development to add value across the organization and on client projects.

Catherine also has her Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, underscoring her commitment to industry best practices and consultation excellence. In addition to her professional accolades, Catherine has sat on a number of not-for-profit boards in Calgary and served as President of her local Toastmasters chapter.

Connor Shea

Connor Shea

Director, Investment Management

Connor brings a high degree of financial expertise to the team at Colonnade BridgePort. In his role as Director, Investment Management, he oversees new acquisitions that meet client criteria and monitors ongoing investments to ensure optimal asset performance. Connor is also responsible for securing debt financing and providing financial support to other business units during the execution of their asset strategies.

Since joining Colonnade BridgePort in 2012, Connor has advanced quickly from an investment analyst to increasingly senior positions within the company. He is an extremely dedicated professional, always striving to maximize efficiency and increase value for clients. Connor previously excelled in financial roles at the National Research Council of Canada and General Mills Canada. Connor is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
