We are pleased to announce that Guardian Capital has awarded Colonnade BridgePort the property management contract for 21 Concourse Gate.
This new opportunity came our way based on our existing relationship with Guardian Capital, a Toronto-based Institution Asset Management company, for whom we currently manage Plaza Rockland.
With the addition of 21 Concourse Gate, we now manage more than 105,000 sq.ft. of Guardian Capital’s assets and continue to look for ways to grow with them. This is a reflection of Colonnade BridgePort’s strategic ability to manage both institutional and private investor assets, and further diversifies our overall portfolio mix in the Ottawa market.
