TORONTO, July 10, 2019 – Colonnade BridgePort, a full-service real estate investment and management company, announces today that it is further strengthening its presence in Toronto. The company is opening a second office in downtown Toronto, strategically located in the Exchange Tower at 130 King Street West and is pleased to welcome Mr. Armin Zohrabi to the Toronto team as Business Development Manager.

Armin brings over 15 years of advanced client management, project planning, and business development experience. A graduate of George Brown College, with a degree in business, Armin has worked in the commercial real estate, technology, and banking sectors. In this new role, Armin will be responsible for growing our services business, including the generation of new management and leasing opportunities in Toronto, and managing relationships with existing key accounts. Armin will work alongside industry veteran and Senior Business Development Manager, Ian Boake, in Toronto.
