Colonnade BridgePort Continues to Expand into the GTA Market with Fiera Properties

In line with continued efforts to expand into the GTA, Colonnade BridgePort is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the property management contracts for Fiera Properties’ recently acquired 538,461 sq.ft. portfolio in the GTA and Ottawa.

The portfolio includes:

  • 1481 Michael Street, Ottawa
  • 1071-1111 Ages Drive, Ottawa
  • 2665 Meadowpine Boulevard, Mississauga
  • 6660 Financial Drive, Mississauga

With the addition of these properties, Colonnade BridgePort now manages more than 1.12 million square feet on behalf of Fiera in Ottawa and now in the GTA.

This continued expansion into the Greater Toronto Area is part of Colonnade BridgePort’s strategy to grow its portfolio in the GTA by leveraging more than 35 years of field experience in Ottawa. Colonnade BridgePort’s GTA managed portfolio now surpasses 2 million square feet and includes retail, office and industrial assets bringing the combined managed portfolio up to 8.5 million square feet.
