Colonnade BridgePort is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the property management and leasing management contracts for KingSett Capital’s property at 66 Slater Street in Ottawa. The contract was awarded in part due to Colonnade BridgePort’s understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle and its ability to present a unique view on how to reposition the asset to achieve the targeted value.
These are the first property management and leasing management agreements between Colonnade BridgePort and Kingsett Capital and brings the overall Colonnade BridgePort managed portfolio to 5.6M sq.ft.
About 66 Slater Street:
66 Slater Street is a 244,303 sq.ft., 22-storey office building at the corner of Elgin Street and Slater Street in Ottawa’s central business district. The property, originally constructed in 1970, has undergone more than six years of renovations, totaling almost $13 million. More recently, many mechanical upgrades and energy efficiency improvements enabled 66 Slater Street to pursue and obtain LEED EB Gold designation in 2016.
